If you provide us with your email address and any other contact details, through a Newsletter subscription or by creating a Membership account, you agree to receive communications from us by email. You consent that we are not violating any applicable Zambian and International laws by using your Email Address, Phone number, postal Address or any form of address that you have provided us with, to communicate with you.
How We Use Your Details
We will not sell or rent your email address and any other contact details with any third party under any circumstances. Your email address will be kept in the strictest confidence. We will only use your email for the purpose you provided it for. We have implemented security measures to protect the privacy of your details.
Stopping A Subscription
If at any time after you have subscribed to our Newsletter, you want to be removed from our mailing list, you can do so by using a link from the Newsletter itself or by unsubscribing yourself through our contact page, the same page from which you subscribe. In either case, you are unsubscribing automatically without our direct input. Therefore you are assured that there are no tricks and that the system will automatically delete all your details from our database. We do not even require you to first log in, all you have to do is enter an email you had registered with and the system will remove all other details associated with that email address, including the email address itself. We respect your wishes that is why we make it easy to opt out.
We will be running membership accounts. These accounts will require that you give us some personal information that we will keep in the strictest confidence. These accounts will involve signing up and signing in. KAL Computaz will not be held responsible if any user account falls into unauthorized hands due to negligence on the part of the account holder. It is the responsibility of the accounts holder to protect the privacy of an account. KAL Computaz will not be liable for any damages that may arise as a result of an account being compromised as we have done our part to protect the privacy of any account.
